If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns within 14 days of purchase.

You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To return items please visit the Returns page and fill in the form within 14 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notification.

We aim to process all refunds/exchanges within 10 working days once received by us. 


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

  • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging. 

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Complete the form below to request which products you would like to return. Please detail replacement product if you are choosing to exchange your item rather than receive a refund / store credit. 

  • We will respond with shipping details. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as we do not currently offer free returns. 

  • Send all items back to us using the address provided.

 

You are required to send items back to us at your own cost via a courier if the items do not suit your requirements.

Customers must keep safe a valid postage receipt including parcel weight for all return parcel enquiries. A valid postage receipt including tracking number must be provided in case of any parcels lost in transit. Any non-delivery cases will not be valid without this receipt which includes with us, Royal Mail or any other courier service used. It is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcel’s lost in transit with the courier. Customers are required to email us this tracking number once posted so we can issue the refund.
