Pre-Orders

Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size for you, if items are pre-ordered they will go into production after you order them. These means once the order is placed it is non-refundable. 
We aim for your pre-ordered items to be dispatched to you within 21 working days and we will be in contact if this is not achievable.
