Pre-Orders

Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size for you, when items are pre-ordered they will go into production after you order them. These means once the order is placed it is non-refundable. 
We aim for your pre-ordered items to be dispatched to you within 28 working days.

Although we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, sometimes this timescale is just not possible. This can be due to shipping delays or circumstances outwith our control - in this instance we will contact you with an update.
